The hot washer is made up of body, motor system, washing system, draining system and heating system.

This machine is used for further up floating wash, removing the oil, separating the impurity including the waste, label.Inside of the hot washer, the principal axis runs to make the liquid moving, the material will dip & diffuse, meanwhile, opening the electric heating or steam heating to wash the oil, under the work of electric heating or steam heating, the oil floats on the surface, PET material sink down in the bottom of the column, finally getting a good washing effect. The hot washer automatically changes the water termly, then the oil is draining out, the clean flakes go into through the screw conveyor next unit.

This machine has the function of stable dealing, low noise, completely wash, is one of necessary equipments in the PET recycling line.
