Detailed Product Description

Floating washer is used for floating washing and spearating the PET material,impurity,waste and label. The fixed motor of the floating washer makes all the rollers run in the same direction to push the whole material; the material is dipping and dispersing during the process. For the PET flake,there is impurity including oil,label with it will float on the surface of the tank,then it will be discharged through the draining outlet.So that the material will be washed and impurity will be separated,finally the washed PET flake will be discharged at the outlet by the running principal axis of screw conveyer,then to be transported into next unit. According to the different densities of different material,the machine makes the material floats and down,then cleans them clearly.
