Detailed Product Description

The waste water from the workshop is timed drained to the waste water measuring tank,which is with aeration pipe(the compressing air is offered by your side)to make the water equality.It sets liquid indicator to control the lift pump in the tank,the pump stops automatically when its on low level.Then the waste water passes to the  reaction tank,in which has  H ₂SO₄  to adjust the PH to 7.5-8.5,then put the PAC into it to make floc reaction,which adsorbs different impurity from the waste water under the function of the strongly stiring to make into condensation product in the reaction tank.Then the  condensation product adsorb other impurity from the waste water.In this process,the condensation product becomes bigger and bigger. To buildup the floc effort,please add a little PAM to it to make the condensation product more bigger,so that the impurity and the water is separated.Then both condensation and water go into the inclined pipe sinking tank to be separated.The sinking sludge is let out to the mud box timed,the above water flows to the middle water tank.The middle pump is automatically controlled by the liquid indicator in the middle water tank.It opens on high leve,stops on low level,the water is took to the sand filter to filtering(if this result can meet clients request,it can be let out),finally press it to the active carbon adsorbing column,it can be discharged  or reused if the end water is up to standard.
